The time is calculated from the moment of accepting the order by customer. The estimated time of processing an order is from 1 to 5 working days. In case of customize products time of realization can extend. In that case customer will be given an approximate time of order realization.

We dispatch our products by a courier services. Time of delivery depends on courier services, type of delivery and receivers address. Courier service is supposed to deliver from 1 to 2 working days. If courier service do not fulfill terms of contract our shop does not take responsibility of delay.

In the case of bank transfer payment delivery time is extended by the time of receipt of receivables to a bank account or obtain a document confirming the transfer (confirmation must be a document generated by the bank).
